YOGA & Qigong! in the Botanic Park

Yampa River Botanic Park yoga

Join us for another amazing summer of Yoga on the lush lawn of the Yampa River Botanic Park. By popular demand, we’re adding Sundays to our Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday class schedule! Yoga will be offered each of these days, except on the 4th Sunday of every month, Qigong will be taught by Sarah Braat, owner of Sage Healing Arts. Qigong (chee gong) integrates gentle movement and attention to breath drawing in energy from nature as it circulates throughout the body.

Practicing on the the Park Green is unlike any class you’ve ever taken. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, delicate gardens and serene pond, you’ll find the peace and stillness inherent in the Botanic Park.

The Park is free and classes are by donation. Suggested $10 helps support the Park! Class times are 9-10am. Please bring a mat or towel and water. For info call/text Patty 970-846-5608. YRBP.org.
